(formerly Manivest Securities limited) was
incorporated in December, 1989 as a Limited Liability Company and it commenced business in 1990 at 2, Adeyemo Alakija Street, Victoria Island Lagos, Nigeria with an authorized share capital of N5 million which was fully paid at inception. The Company is a licensed dealing member of the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE). In 1995, the Company obtained its professional license from the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to operate as a Broker or Dealer, Investment Advisers and fund Mangers. It got its Issuing Hose License in 2000. The Company currently has an Authorized Share Capital of N250 million and Fully paid of N71.2 million. Among our clients are banks, Institutional Investors, and high net worth individuals.
