ASSET MANAGEMENT
This service is tailored towards high nctworth individual investors who may not have enough time to manage their portfolio or lack in-depth knowledge of the stock market. Also institutional investors are targeted for this service.

As an asset manager, Maninvest's preoccupation is on the investment objectives of our wide runge of clients cither Institutional or High networth individuals. Our focus is always lo achieve capital growth and generate increased income.
Management techniques:
In managing clients assets, v-e deploy techniques of consistent review of market trends, sectoral analysis, performance analysis of individual sioeksand survey of macro economic indicators. These enable us achieve higher than optimal returns on investment.
Management Approach:
To manage clients asset/portfolio, we shall adopt either of this two approaches as indicated below:
Discretionary:
On the bash of this approach, the customer fully grants Maninvest the full authority and mandate to use the professional experience of its asset management team, to select stocks, allocate funds, and structure an asset-miix to form the portfolio components.
Non -Discretionary:
In this instance, the customer jointly partcipates with Maninvest in determining Stocks to be selected and amounts of funds to be allocated as per each stock to be included in the portfolio.
However, in any of these approaches, Maninvest will still offer advise to ensure client's investment objectives are achieved,

FUNDS MANAGEMENT:
This service is provided to Institutional Investors or high networth individuals whose objective will be preservation of Capital with minimal returns and zero risk tolerance. A combination of money market Securities- Treasury Bills, Treasury Certificates and Federal Government Bonds are usually selected to meet clients objective.
FINANCIAL ADVISORY SERVICE:
Maninvest provides advisory service to its high networth clients and Institutional Investors who may require such advise to guide them on complex investment decisions to be made. Our research and analysis framework form the backbone for quality investment advice.
FEE STRUCTURE:
Apart from brokerage service which has a definite statutorily fixed commission, our other services are fee based, ranging from 2.5% to 5% as management fee, depending on portfolio size. There could be other administrative or incidental charges, but on the whole, the fees are quite negotiable.
