Maninvest Asset Management Limited was incorporated in December, 1989 as a Limited Liability Compamy and it commenced business in 1990 at 2, Adeyemo Alakija Street, Victoria Island with an authorized share capital of N5million which was fully paid at inception. The Company is a licensed dealing member of the Nigeria Stork Exchange (NSE). In 1995 the Company obtained its provisional license from the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to operate as Broker/Dealer, Investment Advisers and Fund Managers.

In carrying out directives by the Securities and Exchange Commission raising Paid-Up Share Capital of Stock Broking Firms liensed as Broker/Dealer and issuing House to N20million, N50million, N60million and N70million over the years, the company undertook successful Right Issues to move the Paid-Up Share Capital several times. Our Current Share Capital is N111,876,994 having issued bonus twice in the past three years. Again, the Company recently raised its Authorised Share Capital to N600million.
